Initiate Your Return
Log into your JustFab account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring you include the provided return slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-box near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply your JustFab membership credit within 5-7 business days.
